    YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Review accuracy and timeliness of accounting data entry and reconciliation as well as undertake corrective measures if required.
  • Review data quality captured in General Ledger module and propose improvements to Manager to assist Financial/ Management reporting.
  • Ensure compliance to agreed service levels, company policies and procedures.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for increased process efficiency.
  • Take the lead in issue resolution of operational matters.
  • Coach team members to improve skills and knowledge required to perform their job effectively.

    • YOUR PROFILE

  • Advanced knowledge/ use of ERP and office productivity tools (MS Office etc.)
  • Excellent leadership and management skills (e.g. Planning, organization, direction of employees)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • 3 – 4 years of work experience
  • 2 years of shared services experience
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting and/ or Finance or in the related field
