Experian Global Financial Services is looking for a Billing Team Lead to be responsible for the effective supervision and administration of the billing team to include performance management, employee relations, training, and assigning work and related activities.


Position Expectations:

The key responsibilities, and functions of the role include:

  • Maintain relevant systems, internal calls, and invoice logs with status updates, follow-up details and/or any other relevant information related to billing.
  • Provide leadership, expertise, and guidance to the billing Analysts to enable them to provide timely and accurate services and responses to queries.
  • Create reports and metrics to improve control of the processes and support management decisions.
  • Proactively communicate with the team to ensure continuous awareness and understanding of policies and regulations.
  • Conduct regular oneonones with direct reports to review individual performance, the performance of their team and offer ongoing developmental coaching.
  • Create a positive work environment through employee engagement; resolve employee relation issues in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:


Qualifications
We are seeking a highly motivated, client-focused leader with a positive attitude and high-level communication skills.


In addition to the following:

  • 5 years of related billing experience.
  • 23 years in leadership roles.
  • Advance studies in business administration, finance, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • Strong knowledge of billing procedures
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong numeric aptitude.
  • Ability to work within a team environment.
  • ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP systems
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite.
