    The Network Country Manager Costa Rica es un miembro clave de la comunidad global de WTW. Además de gestionar las cuentas internacionales entrantes y la prestación de servicios a los Clientes Multinacionales como parte de sus responsabilidades diarias, brindan liderazgo y conectividad a nivel local y global, impulsan el servicio de la más alta calidad de manera constante a los Clientes Multinacionales y promueven el uso de las mejores prácticas y pautas de servicio establecidas dentro de WTW. También es un recurso y punto de liderazgo interno/externo, rendición de cuentas y escalada para ayudar a garantizar una experiencia del cliente fluida.

    El Rol

  • Desarrollar prácticas efectivas de comunicación con las oficinas coordinadoras para asegurar que las instrucciones de servicio al cliente se comuniquen y ejecuten correctamente, y que las preguntas y problemas se aborden de manera pronta.
  • Abordar de manera pronta y efectiva cualquier problema de servicio local que pueda surgir.
  • Representar las necesidades de WTW y de los Clientes Multinacionales en Costa Rica.
  • Ser un miembro activo de la comunidad global de WTW.
  • Ser un contacto principal para preguntas relacionadas con negocios multinacionales.
  • Promover el desarrollo del talento a través de la capacitación y el intercambio de conocimientos.
  • Compartir inteligencia de mercado con los líderes locales y colegas de la línea de negocio que manejan negocios multinacionales para garantizar la mejor calidad de trabajo.
  • Proporcionar la prestación de servicios a clientes locales, asegurándose de que la Oficina Local/Servidora siga todas las mejores prácticas de manejo de Clientes Multinacionales de WTW.
  • Ayudar y facilitar el crecimiento tanto del Libro de Negocios Entrantes como del Libro de Negocios Salientes.
  • Colaborar con Global Services y Solutions coordinando o refiriendo oficinas de WTW y colegas locales para buscar y ofrecer nuevas oportunidades de clientes y ventas cruzadas.
  • Mantener datos del libro de negocios resaltando las actividades y tendencias relacionadas con Clientes Multinacionales de Servicios y Soluciones Globales en su país/región y proporcionar informes al equipo de liderazgo corporativo de Servicios y Soluciones Globales.
  • Asegurarse de que las nuevas adquisiciones y expansiones de clientes se documenten y se incluyan en informes para el liderazgo de Servicios y Soluciones Globales.
  • Asistir a reuniones de prospectos y nuevos clientes de multinacionales en colaboración con el equipo orientado al cliente según sea apropiado.
