- Leading the medical aspects of the brand/therapeutic areas local strategy, ensuring alignment with the Global strategy and Personalized Healthcare aspiration.
- Contributing to access and commercial components of the integrated strategy.
- Defining medical objectives and contributing to the value proposition.
- Developing comprehensive programs, including education, scientific communication, evidence generation tactics, and customer collaboration.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders and being recognized as an expert and reliable partner.
- Acting as an ambassador of Roche in strategic areas and having a holistic view of the company.
- Engaging with global and regional communities, participating in working groups, and advocating the value of networks and collaboration.
- Medical degree with experience in the pharma industry, preferably in similar positions.
- Strong communication skills, able to inspire and influence.
- Fluent in English.
- Collaborative, team-worker, able to focus and prioritize in uncertain and changing environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Desirable: skilled in Real World Evidence (RWE), digital tools for customer engagement, experience in working with agile methodologies, experience in working in cross-functional teams.
