    Location/Division Specific Information

    Seeking a Security Engineer - Endpoint - Legacy OS Technology Lifecycle Management with global responsibilities for protecting our network from security threats.

    A Day in the Life:

    • Provide technical support as part of the POC

    • Review and offer guidance on policy configuration

    • Collaborate with business IT to deploy Carbon Black

    • Support post-deployment efforts

    • Document lessons learned and plan deployment

    • Identify areas for technology improvement

    • Provide insights on technology efficiency

    • Ensure data security efficiency

    • Monitor and analyze security events

    Keys to Success:

    • Utilize influence skills to gain agreement from various groups

    • Define documentation and processes clearly

    • Ensure well-built and maintained solutions

    • Communicate and collaborate with the business on security

    • Develop security documentation

    Education

    • Bachelor's Degree in cybersecurity or related field

    • Certifications encouraged but not required

    • Demonstrate organizational and leadership skills

    Experience

    • 5+ years of systems administration experience

    • 3-5 years of endpoint security operations experience

    • 3-5 years of experience with endpoint security solutions

    • Knowledge of legacy OS such as Windows 7/10

    • Experience in managing endpoint security controls

    • Strong organization and project management skills

    Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

    • Understanding of endpoint security best practices

    • Experience in risk assessments and mitigation

    • Knowledge of threat detection and incident response

    • Strong problem-solving and flexibility

    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

    • Excellent communication skills

    • Attention to detail and dedication to excellence

    • Stay updated on industry trends

    • Hands-on experience with various tools
