- Credit Collections Supervisor who will be responsible for operational results, people management, and business relationships for their team.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives that contact agents to determine reason for payment delinquency and obtain payment commitment by placing outbound calls and email interactions.
- Plans, directs, supervises, and evaluates workflow.
- Coordinates work activities to achieve the volume expected to meet operational requirements.
- Recognizes and recommends operational improvements.
- Responsible for the day-to-day application of organizational policies and procedures.
- Must monitor performance of staff members according to established monitoring standards. Involved in hiring decisions and conducting performance appraisals.
- Protect losses by collecting on timely basis, keeping agents active.

- Escalating issues when considered necessary to upper management.
- Managing Stakeholder relationship with Business organization and other back-office functions.
- Set, enforce and meet specific operational performance goals and standards such as timelines, KPIs and quality standards.
- Reporting of KPIs and Operational objectives to stakeholders.
- Fluency in English with outstanding verbal, writing, and listening skills English (C1, C2).
- French speaker highly desired .
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Finance.
- Proven experience in successfully leading and managing teams.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with strict deadlines and performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and results-oriented approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and team player.
- Proven ability to work cross functionally.
- Ability to communicate effectively with consumers and partner's stakeholders.
