We are looking for a Motion Designer to join our team. You are excited to put them to the test executing world-class creative.

Expertise in motion design is essential to this role, but we'll take your experience in other areas of content creation, too.

You'll be a trusted consultant throughout the creative process, from conceptualization to execution and delivery.

That said, the work isn't all on you—you'll have the guidance and mentorship of a team of producers, directors, editors, and more, allowing you to collaborate and grow in your role.

In this role, you will:

Bring the ideas and vision of our creative department(s) to life
Create complex animations for a variety of digital media platforms across various lines of business
Be capable of taking and implementing feedback
Produce versions of content that demonstrate awareness of the content's intended end use and resolve potential problems ahead of time
Collaborate and build relationships within the Wander team, as well as across other agency disciplines and offices
Maintain focus and quality of output while multitasking in a fastpaced environment

What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,

You should have:

English Proficiency (B2 reading, writing, and conversation)
2+ years of experience in motion design
A strong portfolio and reel showing proven experience in UI app flows and explainer style videos
Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
Problem solving capabilities and an openness to learning the newest tools
An eagerness to collaborate with other creative people
