In this role, you will:

Manage day to day activities in the Delivery Department to ensure projects meet organizational goals and requirements.
Support on establishing effective governance approaches such as ticket descriptions, metrics, dashboards and reporting.
Manage projects and resources in charge.
Support leadership for PMs to manage all phases of program to success, including initiation, planning, definition, design, development, testing and deployment cycles.
Coordinate with Development and QA teams and communicates with all impacted Stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.
Ensure all projects stay in scope and on schedule.
Partner with our AP team to drive cohesion around the customer experience and partner retention.
Responsible for ensuring its teams are developing and executing against detailed project plans, including overall budget allocations, schedule rollups of all projects, critical path and risk assessment.
Work with team leads and Program Manager to develop process and documentation standards for team to follow with the end goal of topefficiency and quality.
Ensure effective communication and promotes a sense of participation and involvement

What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude,

You should have:

Advanced English knowledge (B2+ reading, writing, some conversational)
2+ years of experience managing a variety of digital project types; site builds ecommerce, marketing campaigns, microsites, maintenance.
A mastery of Project Management Methodologies, PMI Process Groups, AGILE Development and Risk Management.
Resource management within the Solution Delivery team including balancing priorities timelines, mix and casting while understanding and supporting the objectives and motivations of every discipline.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple stakeholders.
Proven ability to work on large scale digital projects.
Proven acumen negotiation skills and proven ability to interact with all types o employees.
Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
Mastery of collaboration and issue tracking tools such as Box, Jira, Confluence.
Capable of working in a fastpaced environment and can adapt to various situations simultaneously prioritizing multiple work assignments from several stakeholders

It's a plus if you have:

Bachelor's degree in management, business, or related field; many obtain master's degree or post-bachelor's certificate and professional credentials or equivalent strong experience as Project Manager in exact areas of expertise required for Hangar (Digital Agencies projects, Web development project, SCRUM/Agile Software projects).
Mastery of office productivity tools such as Excel, Word, MS Project, Visio, and PowerPoint.
PMP designation, SCRUM Master, Six Sigma.
