The Fraud Prevention Investigator role is open for passionate candidates who can handle data with confidentiality and discretion.
The position requires analyzing data to make informed decisions about accounts, balancing productivity with quality while considering the impact on the customer experience.
Associates may need to interact with customers to gather relevant information. The department's targets may vary, but associates are expected to handle 80 to 100 cases per day.
