• I am a person focused on providing excellent customer service, with great attention to detail and committed to achieving satisfactory results. In addition, I have leadership and organization skills, which allow me to work in a team and promote positive values. I am currently a computer engineering university student in my second year, and I seek to develop in a work environment under pressure and contribute my knowledge to detect possible improvements in the workplace Additionally, developed a platform using Python that helped businesses in San José, Costa Rica, to manage their parking lots more efficiently. This platform reduced waiting times and allowed businesses to automate their parking systems. The platform was developed by capturing high-level requirements from subject matter experts and using research and creativity to build an end-to-end solution for managing the parking process, from lot availability to exit.

• Worked as a receptionist at BUA Salon in 2019, where they managed client collections, appointments, and sales of products to customers. 
• worked at Pizza Hut from 2022 to 2023, where I was responsible for the production of pizzas, including opening, doughing, and leading and coaching the production team. I implemented a series of changes that resulted in a great improvement for both the work team and the clients. I established a pre-preparation system for pizza ingredients, which significantly reduced preparation time and decreased customer waiting time. In addition, we reorganized the premises to optimize the work flow and the available space, which generated a more functional and pleasant work environment. These improvements not only benefited the work team, but also improved customer perception and satisfaction, which increased the efficiency of the service and improved the brand image. In general, these improvements made it possible to increase productivity and reduce stress in the team, improving the morale and performance of the work team. I am motivated to continue developing skills and applying them in a challenging and dynamic work environment. 
• I also gained valuable experience in industrial refrigeration repair and diagnosis as a personal entrepreneurial endeavor. I specialized in the repair and maintenance of industrial refrigeration cameras, utilizing my technical knowledge to diagnose and solve a wide range of issues. This experience allowed me to develop strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, as well as a deep understanding of the importance of maintaining equipment to ensure efficient operation.
