My global experience has given me a strong understanding of the nuances in different regional markets, enabling me to adapt solutions for maximum impact.

In addition to my work in fraud prevention, I spent 3 years developing and supporting Cigna’s services within Concentrix, where I gained wide-ranging experience in medical and insurance support.
