Real Estate Market Knowledge: I have worked closely with sales agents and clients during my experience at Amazon as an HR assistant. In this capacity, I have gained knowledge about the real estate market, learned to build strong relationships with clients, and developed effective persuasion skills. Additionally, my experience in lead generation and customer follow-up has provided me with a solid foundation to excel in this position.

Bilingual Communication Skills: As a graduate of the National University of Costa Rica with a diploma in English and experience in teaching Spanish and English, I have a strong command of the English language. My ability to communicate fluently in both languages enables me to provide exceptional customer service and establish meaningful connections with clients in a telephone environment. Additionally, I have a suitable home office setup, including a high-speed internet connection, a modern computer, noise-canceling headphones, and two monitors, as required for this position.
