Professional economist, with extensive experience in purchasing and the entire procurement process, strategy
formulation, analytical skills, implementation plans, project tracking, market research and strong knowledge in data
and inventory management.
Graduated as economy in 2022, with a desire to expand my professional profile and knowledge.

I currently work as a purchasing analyst in the Municipality of Barva. 
My main tasks are price analysis, elaboration of purchase orders, budget control, elaboration of market studies.
I am also in charge of contracts with suppliers, conflict resolution, and delivery of purchased goods. 
I have four years of experience in the purchasing area, in which I have been able to develop many soft skills.

I finished my degree in economics in 2021 and obtained my diploma the year before, that is why I am currently interested in developing myself in the area of finance since it is what I love and what I want to become an expert in. Additionally I have taken courses to expand my knowledge. In the year 2022 I completed the course "Introductory course on project management" at the Universidad de Costa Rica. I am currently completing two courses in finance, the first one "Financial Reporting & Analysis", at Udemy Institute, and the course "Financial Management Technician" at the Universidad de  Costa Rica.
