I provided support to sellers in the Amazon website:

-helping them with their shipments to arrive to its corresponding warehouses. 
-Administrating and managing their products to classify them with product ID, category and if the products were prohibited or not.
- Providing support to their accounts including the account information, payment method, deposit method and checking if the region they have in it was the correct so they wouldn't have any inconvenience at the moment they interact with their sales.

Doing all this, I helped the sellers improving the efficiency of their sales reducing the failure gap for their operations in a 95% of the daily cases and the other 5% with a follow up.
