Hey! My name is Marycruz but people call me Mary, I am an Industrial Design Engineer graduated from Tecnológico de Costa Rica. As an industrial designer I learned different skills to design products, devices, objects and services, and as an engineer I have knowledge of science, mathematics, and engineering principles to develop innovative solutions. but I have developed much more interest in user interface (UI), and user experience (UX).

Experiencia

I ahve worked as a freelancer since 2020, and as a freelancer I have had the opportunity to work on various projects, which have allowed me to develop a diverse set of skills and gain experience in different industries. This exposure has not only honed my design abilities but also provided me with valuable insights into the challenges faced by startups and new businesses.

I have a deep appreciation for the importance of effective design in creating a strong  engaging user experiences.

Educación

I studied Industrial Design Engineering at Tecnologico de Costa Rica and after graduating I had the opportunity to study abroad for a semester in Germany in Hochschule für Gestaltung Schwäbisch Gmünd to learn more about Interaction Design and Digital Product Design and Development, where I have gained so much more interest in front-end developement.
