Marilyn Perez Madrigal

Business Administration student with an emphasis in Accounting, with experience in customer service and attention, both in Spanish and English. In addition, I have certification from the National Technical University in an intensive English course, knowledge of Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook, and I also received a Java Script course at the University of Costa Rica

I currently work at the airport, with Swissport International, here I carry out activities directly related to customer service, as well as preparing reports in Excel, immigration closures and administrative tasks that I must deliver manually. Previously, I worked at the CCSS, where I worked on disease prevention campaigns and data collection for population health analysis. Here my functions were also totally related to direct contact with customer service.

I am currently studying administration with an emphasis on accounting, I have knowledge of Excel. I took an intensive English course at the National Technical University, and I also studied a Primary Care Technician at the Hiberoamerica University.
