I work with remarkable resilience and diligence towards a common goal, although it may take some time. I am a reliable, supportive, and caring team player who honors my commitments and encourages team allegiance. I am people-oriented and generate trust for the team with clear communication and a genuine interest in their well-being.
Over my career, I have held advertising/communication and marketing roles, including Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Supervisor, and Trade marketing for Central America and the Caribbean Region and some marketing programs for LATAM.
Currently, I am acting as Employee Experience and Change Management in Customer Operations at 3M Global Service Centers. I am responsible for accelerating standard work project implementation. At the same time, planning, implementing, and executing change management activities focus on Employee and Customer Experience initiatives and supporting internal communications across the three Global Service Centers.
As part of my extended activities, I mentor high-potential talent and coach commercial topics to customer-facing agents due to my experience as a marketer. I am the Leader of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at 3M Global Service Centers.
Experiencia
I started my career working in advertising agencies, where I was responsible for some global brands such as Coca-Cola. Later, I had the opportunity to explore marketing roles as brand manager, marketing coordinator, regional marketing supervisor, and Digital Marketing senior team Leader. During the last few years, I have worked in a global service center in customer operations, acting as EX and Change Management Global Sr. Project Lead, responsible for people engagement, learning, and recognition programs and supporting and promoting best Change Management practices.
