My knowledge includes office package management, handling technical concepts in English, putting into practice the learning received during my academic period. I also have soft skills, good customer service, ease of absorption and execution of new learning.

My work experience ranges from customer service at stores to knowledge in the area of accounting, platforms such as SAP and management of the office 365 package. I have participated in billing processes, code creation, data management taking into account the needs of the client at that time.

I have a high school diploma and a technical diploma with an emphasis in accounting.
