On a personal level, I am an active person with excellent personal relationships, ease of learning, adaptation to change, possessing assertive communication, excellent attributes in teamwork, leadership, working under pressure, experience in workforce management and customer service, and high expectations in everyday improvement in knowledge, to prove to be competent enough about each of the functions to perform.
For 2 years, I have worked giving technical and customer support via phone, email, and chat to customers of a digital signature software and also bank account customers, I was in charge of responding to their questions providing general information about their accounts, and encouraging them to buy new features, I took credit card payments over the phone, and also I was in the order of following-up their cases and transferring them correct department if necessary, all this with the best human contact and customer service possible. Also, During this present year, I have worked as a workforce specialist in a BPO company doing real-time management, answering emails about agents’ schedule changes, sending emails about account improvements or expert’s bad behaviors, also organizing reports and client data.
