With over 34 years of experience in the aviation industry, I have made a name for myself as an accomplished pilot, entrepreneur, and leader. My unique background includes setting records as the youngest First Officer and Captain in Costa Rica's history, flying the Boeing 737-200, serving as a Flight Instructor, and representing my country on the Council of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).

As a dedicated and versatile leader, I am passionate about guiding and inspiring others to achieve their full potential. With a dynamic, outgoing, and change-oriented style, I thrive in challenging environments and excel at overcoming obstacles.

In addition to my aviation career, I have a diverse entrepreneurial background, having founded and managed businesses in various industries. I am also a certified fitness trainer, coach, mentor, and speaker, committed to helping others discover and define their life purpose and mission.

I possess diverse skills, including leadership, change management, prioritization, adaptability, resilience, and innovation. With an MBA in Leadership and Airline and Airport Management and a Certificate in Leading Complex Projects from UC Berkeley, I am well-equipped to excel in any role. Additionally, my fluency in English and Spanish and moderate proficiency in French allow me to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
