Our main task was to guarantee the development and success of the P&G Campaigns across multicultural technical and non-technical resources. Citi Internet and Mobile Division Position: Project Manager Lead / WP As a Project manager lead, I have under my responsible for the coordination of five other project managers, working on Web projects under the three, six, and Nine months time frame format. Avventa provide full support to the main Corp global Citi’s websites (Citicards.com / CitiBank.com). Usually, every project manager handles between three to seven projects at the same time. The main goal as project manager for Citi is to control and drives the User Experience, coordinate Creative assets, follow up on IT deliveries in general terms, take care of CMO testing cases and prepare Record Retention folders for internal and external audits process. Heineken Account Position: Sr. Project Manager My role was to accomplish multiple promos coming from Heineken global & Heineken U.S.A creating new websites involving Facebook development projects, the time frame format used to execute the work in our hands was between two to five weeks, having in house production designers, action scripts developers, software engineers and web developers as part of my regular team. Daily reports & weekly reports were part of the basic data sent to the final client from my End. ePrize Account Position: Sr. Project Manager For ePrize projects I worked creating especial promos in regular websites and facebook’s promotions as well, as part of our day by day duty we had to support ePrize IT team with the deployment process their final Staging servers for every promo created. From the PM perspective daily and weekly reports plus Post Mortems reports and QA missed at the end of any project were part of basic responsibilities with ePrize team. In house I had on my charge production designers, software engineers, web developers & QA resources.
