I developed myself in the organization starting as a customer service agent and moved up to a floor support. During my time in this position I have gained experience as a customer service agent in Phones, Chats, Emails, SMS and Social Media. I was eventually promoted due to my proactivity in proposing projects and alternatives to several systems within the organization. As Floor Support I have had the opportunity to initiate and participate in several Special Projects where I developed myself with proficiency in Coaching, Quality Assurance, Educational Material Generation for new and existing Team Members, Training Modules among other responsibilities. I also gained experience with the virtual platforms SalesForce, Ultipro, Calabrio, Power BI and Microsoft 365.

Educación

Career started in 2019 as a passion which is divided into two separate fields, Education and Literature. This has allowed me to gain technical skills as Evaluation, Training, Content Creation, Class Management among others
