Eduardo Ruiz Castillo

A very competitive person with a lot of dreams to fulfill. 

My first job was related to sales in a costumer service enviroment. I was in charge of helping customers by reviewing their bills and try to decrease them. At the same time I had to offer in every single call and sell new products like TV and internet services; telephone lines and the newest cellphones at that time. As well, I did a little bit of retention and troubleshooting with costumers when they could not reach a specialist. 

Then, I was in charge of helping sellers (In Amazon) and try to improve their sales, ask their questions and provide feedback if needed. Then, I was moved to another department called Investigation Specialist, and I was in charge of reviewing transactions and try to prevent fraud and money laundry within the company. I did research on how they companies worked and contact the suppliers to verify if they documents sent were legit. 

I am currently studying Business Administration.
