Experiencia
Throughout my career, I have developed a wide range of technical skills, including:
- Technical Support and Infrastructure: I have conducted installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of various devices, including laptops, iPads, iPhones, servers, and routers, across multiple countries. Additionally, I have experience in Active Directory administration, as well as local network and server support.
- Service Desk and SAP Support: I have provided Level 1 support for Service Desk and SAP-Convergence, managing customer cases through calls, chats, and tickets. I have also handled queue management for service desk operations and documented services based on ITIL principles.
- Technical Training and Documentation: I have delivered technical training for SAP and Convergence, and I have created IT knowledge base documentation.
- Certifications and Frameworks: I am currently in the process of obtaining Scrum Master certification and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, reflecting my commitment to continuous improvement and agile project management. I also hold ITIL Foundation v4 and v3 certifications, demonstrating my knowledge of IT service management best practices.
