Was the point of contact for the immigration and onboarding process´s owners to evaluate and determine further actions, for defects detected in processes executed by team members.

Addressed and fixed risks and/or issues with process owners by interacting, reviewing, determining and implementing improvements where needed. Provided a 5 min status on Staff meetings about incidents identified, their solutions as well when adjustments would be implemented. Ensured documentation was updated by process owners on a quarterly basis to comply with BPM (business Process Management) policy at 100% compliance.

Responsible of the immigration support for foreign candidates hired by Intel, as well act as point of contact between them and the law firm in charge of that support. Also, manage the onboarding process for all new employees (US Citizens and foreign nationals).

Supervised all new foreign candidates hired were included in interface to law firm daily. 100% achieved. Interacted with Relocation, TRC (Transaction Reporting Center), Hiring Support, FDO (First Day Office) Administrator, Neo (New Employee Orientation) teams, among other departments to work as just one team to make sure 97% achieved.
