Collections Associate - LATAM
This position will assist in handling portfolios comprising LATAM customers as well as accompanying, vital administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

Identify overdue invoices and obtain payments from delinquent customers.

Maintain accurate records of all communications with customers.

Consult internal teams and follow up as needed to resolve disputes/concerns.

Reconcile accounts/invoices with local, external accounting teams as needed.

Investigate customers' credits and action as needed.

Support internal adjustment processes.

Attend regular meetings with line manager to discuss assigned portfolio.

Call out to line manager any difficult collection circumstances.

Learn and navigate all process nuances specific to each region.

Obtain withholding tax certificates from customers.

Fill out ACH/vendor documents.

Investigate payment remittances from customers.


Qualifications:


  • Fluency in Spanish and English is crucial.
  • At least 2 years of experience in B2B Collections within corporate environment.
  • Capable of handling and prioritizing high workload volumes.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is helpful.
