**A Day in the Life
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Analyzes, develops, and implements longterm supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
  • Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
  • Monitors key sales and operations planning performance indicators, costtoserve performance data, and coordinates crossfunctional work teams to increase the effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders about deployment projections, constraints, allocation decisions, etc.
  • Identify and implement the process(s) and/or system changes to improve ontime delivery performance.
  • Provide comprehensive insights on distribution requirements, backorder projections or other process.
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 1+ years of experience
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills with good articulation of Supply Chain concepts.
  • Strong data analytics expertise, Excel and Proficient in Microsoft Office

Nice to Have

  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written)
  • SAP experience highly desired
  • APICS CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) preferable
  • Project Management Professional Certification preferable
  • Six Sigma, Lean and DMAIC a plus, Power BI
  • Experience in the medical device industry is desired
