Job Description:

As Business Controller you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world.

Job title: Business Controller Mexico

Main responsibilities in this role

Ensure the accuracy of the Business Groups financial Statements (BPC & legacy), Balance Sheet, in Compliance with our Financial Standards, in Mexico .

Understand current business with a close interaction with Business Finance.

Optimize and standardize key processes, looking forward improvements on process to gain effectiveness.

Lead change mindset providing leadership through organizational, process and systems transitions .

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in finance/ accounting, and minimum 5-year work experience

Ability to effectively communicate, collaborate and influence within Business Controllers team, Business Finance and RTR teams.

Process end to end improvement mindset, Lean Six Sigma or other improvement process methodology knowledge is valuable.

Ability to prioritize and execute with sense of urgency.

Strong analytical skills

Teamwork skills

Advanced user of Excel & queries extraction

Advanced written/spoken English.
