    Technology Services Group Internship

    Location: Costa Rica

    We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our team in Costa Rica. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day to day life of a Technology Services Group (TSG) Employee and gain valuable experience in your field of interest that could include Systems Engineering / Administration, Business Analysis, or IT Asset Management experience.

    Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in a relevant field, in your last year of study (Software Engineer, Business administration, Statistics)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Level B2+ English skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Your internship will be aligned with one of three potential positions, based on the fit of your profile and interests:

  • Systems Engineering System Engineers in the Technology Services Group at Moody's design, program, debug and modify software enhancements and/or new products used in local, networked, cloud-based or Internet-related computer programs and network technologies in commercial or end-user applications, such as operating systems, desktop applications, or hardware.
  • Relevant Skills: Hardware, Operating Systems, Virtualization, Networking, Scripting and Automation, Enterprise Monitoring, Cloud Computing, Data Management, Disaster Recovery, and Workspace
  • Business Analyst Business Analysts in the Technology Services Group at Moody's are responsible for facilitating and ensuring strategic alignment to Moody's business and IT goals, including the delivery of Enterprise Services and managing technology change throughout the organization through coordinated release and change management. Relevant Skills: ITIL v3/v4 Foundation Certification, experience with Enterprise solutions, understanding of Project Management Methods, strong Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SQL, or Power BI skills, experience with JIRA or other issue and project tracking software applications, superior written, oral, communication and presentation skills, excellent problem solver and independent thinker, and ability to develop and deliver training materials.
  • IT Asset Management IT Asset Managers in the Technology Services Group at Moody's involves managing IT assets across the world. The role requires frequent communication with HR, legal teams, and third-party vendors, and involves responsibilities such as inventory and ticket management, problem-solving, policy implementation, hardware management, and support for accounts payable. Relevant Skills: Experience with ServiceNow, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and M365, understanding of IT Asset Management lifecycle and best practices, and strong Excel skills
