As part of our Wrike team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with our users and assisting them with any challenges they encounter.

You will closely collaborate with the global helpdesk and operations team, operations specialists, stakeholders, as well as facility management, local vendors, and suppliers.


More about Your team:

You will be part of a global IT operations team consisting of 28 people.

Currently, we are seeking a mid-senior IT engineer who will join as a core team member, with the opportunity to become the main point of contact in our Costa Rica office.


How You'll make an impact:


  • Support users in multiple locations as a core member of a global helpdesk team, take ownership of tasks and issues and resolve them on a timelymanner basis
  • Performance management and troubleshooting of the network infrastructure, hardware, and software issues
  • Prepare laptops for new employees (both Apple&Windows devices)
  • User access, authorization management and provisioning
  • Maintain office IT equipment and entire inventory of Network infrastructure
  • Remote interaction with the entire IT department and colleagues spread across the company
  • Purchasing IT equipment: search, approval, ordering and receiving, optimize cost and spend
  • Provide end user training & education on new solutions as well as IT best practices
  • Identify ways to innovate through better use of existing and new technologies
  • Command and collaborate on outages and business critical issues, escalating tasks to other teams and departments
  • Coordinate the daily workload and manage the queue of incoming requests
  • Excelling response and resolution times in ticket handling (incident, request, access management)

You will achieve your best if you have:

  • Proficiency in administrating MAC and Windows client operating systems
  • Knowledge and experience of Google Workspace environment
  • 3+ years' experience providing technical support to endusers and managing hybridbased networks in organizations with at least 50+ users and a global presence.
  • Experience supporting corporate networks (WAN, SD-WAN, Wifi APs, Switches, UPS, etc.)
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Autonomy and responsibility for making decisions
  • Advanced English
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet required deadline
