    Role: Technical Customer Success Engineer

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement effective code scanning and dependency scanning mechanisms using popular build automation tools.

    Serve as the primary technical liaison for our clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales cycle and beyond, particularly when addressing complex technical issues.

    Customize our security solutions to seamlessly integrate into diverse client environments. Occasionally, devise tailored solutions to meet specific requirements, drawing upon extensive software engineering expertise.

    - Respond promptly to technical challenges, utilizing advanced troubleshooting skills and in-depth knowledge of programming and DevOps principles to ensure client satisfaction.

    Cultivate enduring partnerships with a wide range of customers, spanning from dynamic startups to multinational corporations.

    Collaborate closely with our development teams, translating customer feedback and troubleshooting insights into actionable product enhancements.

    Promote the adoption of robust security measures, empowering developers to produce secure code efficiently through expert guidance.

    Lead and oversee technical integration initiatives, making informed decisions and providing technical direction internally and externally.

    Qualifications:

    Solid background in software engineering, with 4 to 10 years of comprehensive experience in programming languages, application security, and DevOps methodologies.

    Demonstrated track record of crafting customized technical solutions and engaging effectively in client-facing roles, with a proven ability to manage project-based assignments efficiently.

    Enthusiastic advocate for client success, with a focus on building secure, scalable solutions from inception.

    Excellent communication skills, adept at simplifying complex technical concepts for various audiences.

    Proactive problem-solver, capable of anticipating client needs and devising strategic solutions aligned with their overarching objectives.
