Project Manager III
PROJECT MANAGER III (REMOTE/HYBRID)


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:


Responsible for the creation and execution of people-oriented change management strategies which comprise of person-based communications, training, adoption, and support plans, to ensure our colleagues are prepared and properly enabled for the upcoming transformational changes.


SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:


  • Experience in Project Management
  • Selfstarter, can begin working at his/her own initiative based on project meetings (and where applicable, guidance from Change Management Senior Lead)
  • Familiar with multicultural IT environment, tech companies and digital transformation in general
  • Having familiarity with organizational and peopleoriented change management (know what it is)
  • Having familiarity with content development (comfortable with translating information from multiple sources into consumable content and targeted for specific audiences' consumption)
  • Having familiarity with SAFE Agile, sprint planning, Product Management, QA & UAT testing cycles
  • Having familiarity with 'Lead to Cash' cycle, business operations (to a certain extent)
  • This person needs to be comfortable reaching out to people throughout the company without necessarily meeting them before
  • Is colleague and customer oriented while we are helping internal colleagues navigate through changes within the company, colleague impact and experience must always be our priority. Customer centricity is also crucial as the outcome of the work we do will have a direct impact in customer and seller experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, strong written and verbal skills advanced English skills
What are the top 3 skills/requirements this person should have?

  • The main skill is being proactive and selfstarter, a "cando" attitude is a must in our team since we are in fast paced, changing environment. Ability to operate without guidance
  • Able to handle multiple deliverables at the same time, able to create & execute change management strategies (communication, training, and adoption)
  • Can collaborate with different teams inside and outside own area of work, this person will partner up with technical leads, project managers and key stakeholders (even at a leadership & executive level)
  • Open to innovate and experiment (within and outside the team)

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience 25 years of experience. Familiarity with IT tech industry, organizational change management, content development, dev ops, etc.
