Job Description:

What you'll be doing

Support the sales teams with data and analytics to help them discover insights and trends within their territories
Create reports and dashboards that help sales leaders, and sales reps increase their pipelines and hit their revenue targets
Partnering with sales leaders to identify areas of opportunity, making recommendations to solve complex business problems, and partnering with crossfunctional teams to execute on high level sales strategies and initiatives
Support sellers in adoption of sales tools

Qualifications:

What your background looks like

2 years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, or other analytical function, ideally in a B2B sales environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Proficient in Tableau Desktop (or similar BI tool)
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with high attention to details
Experience with sales enablement tools is preferred (Salesloft, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with sales and crossfunctional teams
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in an efficient, professional manner while meeting deadlines
Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
High level of accountability; proven ability to take ownership and solve problems
Bachelor's Degree
