We are looking for a UX Designer


Requirements:
Fluent-Advanced English

-
Ability to simplify and unify complex information into intuitive interactions, flows, charts, graphs, and other forms of visual representation
:


  • Experience working on large Enterprise Desktop Applications in Banking or Financial domain is must
  • Assist in identifying design problems and devising solutions that help users get their work done faster and intuitively.

Proven experience delivering design specs for web-based products across multiple platforms (desktop, laptop, mobile)
:

Experience creating human-centered design artifacts such as personas, use cases, site maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, interactive prototypes and final user interface documentation.

  • Experience applying/improving an existing design system, to maintain consistency in behaviors and appearance across multiple products.
-
Advanced Figma prototyping skills required. Expertise with other design tools such as Axure, HTML, CSS preferred.

  • Experience working with product managers to help clarify and refine product requirements.
  • Experience working with developers to make sure interactions and visual designs are implemented correctly or adjusted in ways that still comply with standards.

Proactive and clear communication skills

  • Agile/lean product development team experience preferred. Experience working with software development tools such as Jira, Rally, and Trello
