    Especialista Senior en Planificación S&OP

    Analizar los pronósticos de ventas, preparar los planes de demanda y responsabilizarse de las reuniones de S&OP.

    Descripción del trabajo:

    Responsabilidades principales:

    1. Verificar la precisión de los pronósticos estadísticos y/o crear una línea de base fijada en datos históricos.
    2. Servir como enlace con las organizaciones de mercado para obtener enriquecimientos, evaluar e incorporar cambios en los planes de demanda y documentar las razones del cambio.
    3. Analizar periódicamente los KPI (por ejemplo, la precisión de las previsiones) y proponer acciones para mejorar el rendimiento en colaboración con la planificación de la demanda de Centroamérica y Caribe.
    4. Asegurarse de que se mantenga un pronóstico actualizado en los sistemas relacionados Supervise de cerca los problemas de suministro (por ejemplo, desabastecimiento y cuellos de botella) en colaboración con la coordinación del suministro e identifique el impacto en la demanda.
    5. Preparar y respaldar las reuniones de S&OP de acuerdo con el cronograma lo que incluye, entre otros, la preparación de informes, el análisis de problemas y riesgos, así como la coordinación de elementos de acción.
    6. Coordinación de suministro para monitorear la vida útil y la obsolescencia y brindar recomendaciones para evitar cancelaciones.

    Requisitos:

    - Licenciatura en administración de empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o certificado en una disciplina de gestión de la cadena de suministro.
    - 5 años de experiencia relacionada en la gestión de la cadena de suministro.
    - Debe ser emprendedor, con buenas habilidades organizativas y la capacidad de priorizar el trabajo.
    - Fuerte conocimiento de SAP.
    - Conocimientos en MS Office.
    - Mentalidad digital y conocimiento en tecnologías digitales emergentes (por ejemplo, RPA, Blockchain, etc.).
    - Experiencia en excelencia operativa Altamente motivado, estructurado y capaz de manejar situaciones estresantes.
    - Fuerte en resolución de problemas, resolución de problemas y alto grado de proactividad.
    - Orientado a resultados Inglés oral y escrito
    - Capacidad para colaborar eficazmente en un entorno multicultural.
