Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with crossfunctional teams to design, build, test and deploy BI solutions that provide global, world area, local, and/or individual views of relevant information to stakeholders.
  • Execute data integration, data modeling, and analysis tasks required for development of Lifecycle and Performance Services datasets and reports in Power BI, connected to common data sources in Power BI Service.
  • Create and maintain reports and visualizations to track global Lifecycle and Performance Services metrics and other data needs, including but not limited to:
  • Resource Utilization and Forecasting
  • Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
  • Orders, Sales and Gross Profit
  • Customer Satisfaction
  • Leverage cloud apps and automation tools to improve reporting processes, monitor data quality, and ensure the Lifecycle and Performance Services reports present accurate, consistent, and uptodate data to end users, with live connections preferred where available.
  • Develop and update technical documentation.
  • Analyze the Lifecycle and Performance Services data to identify new / improvement opportunities to drive continuous improvement in the global organization.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree with 4 years of experience or Master's degree with 3 years experience


  • Minimum 23 years of Data Analyst, Business Intelligence, or equivalent experience in business reporting and analytics.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with Power BI Desktop or advanced Microsoft Excel, with a strong foundation in DAX and/or Power Query.
  • Knowledge of the following business systems: Clarity PPM, Clarity Resource Forecasting Tool, Oracle Projects, Oracle CRM Cloud.
  • Good understanding of core data concepts, relational databases, and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Strong analytical execution with attention to detail and focus on data integrity.
  • Strong data management skills, including the ability to integrate and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Processoriented and excellent organizational skills.
  • Leadership skills sufficient to provide recommendations, drive improvements within the organization, and to gain management buyin.
  • Creative problemsolver.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Other requirements

  • Good understanding of the services and operations business.
  • Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI Service, Power Automate, and Power Apps) and Microsoft SharePoint
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
