About the role:


What you'll have the opportunity to do:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales documentation, ensuring data integrity in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
  • Salesforce.
  • Data mine Salesforce, LinkedIn, websites and other databases for prospect information and data.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of sales presentations, proposals, and RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination of sales activities.
  • Assist in the organization and coordination of sales events, conferences, and trade shows.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes, systems, and workflows.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or sales will be a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales or customeroriented environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer serviceoriented approach.
