- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial and KPI metrics package. Communicate variances to plan/budget to business partners and other critical team members. Analyze business results providing advice on the financial impact of operating decisions.
- Support the annual strategic planning process, including the evaluation of key metrics and models.
- Own regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to provide significant metrics and insights.
- Participate in cross-functional efforts to continuously improve data quality and establish rigor in measuring and monitoring the business.

- Elaborar un paquete de métricas financieras y de indicadores clave de desempeño (KPI) mensuales y trimestrales. Comunicar las variaciones del plan o el presupuesto a los partners de negocio y otros miembros críticos del equipo. Analizar los resultados del negocio a la vez que se asesora sobre el impacto financiero de las decisiones operativas.
- Apoyar el proceso anual de planificación estratégica, incluyendo la evaluación de métricas y modelos clave.
- Realización de informes y análisis periódicos y ad hoc para proporcionar métricas y perspectivas significativas.
- Participar en los esfuerzos interfuncionales para mejorar continuamente la calidad de los datos y medir y supervisar el negocio con rigor.
- 3+ years of experience in a finance, accounting, consulting, or related business function.
- Bachelor's degree in a business function such as accounting or finance.
- It is essential to be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organization, time management, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
- Finance system proficiency.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver and think ahead.
- Willingness to work independently with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong business sense with ability to apply financial data to help develop insights to business performance.
- Maturity to drive things forward and be a proactive contributor.
- Ability to adapt to the rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
- Finance or Accounting experience in the software or SAAS industry.
- High proficiency with MS Excel (Google Sheets) and PowerPoint (Google Slides).
- Experience with Workday Adaptive Insights or similar financial planning tool preferred.

- Madurez para impulsar las cosas y ser un colaborador proactivo.
- Capacidad de adaptación a los rápidos cambios del negocio y las organizaciones, que acompañan a un entorno de gran crecimiento.
- Experiencia en finanzas o contabilidad en el sector del software o SAAS.
- Alto dominio de MS Excel (Google Sheets) y PowerPoint (Google Slides).
- Preferiblemente, experiencia con Workday Adaptive Insights o una herramienta de planificación financiera similar.
