- Capture, consolidate, and analyze General and Administrative (G&A) financials for Workday, and assist with month-end close and forecasting processes.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations to summarize G&A expenses and trends for management review. This will also include Capital expenditures, operating expenses and Headcount variance reporting.
- Partner with G&A Finance team to provide data insights, establish key metrics, and find opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements related to G&A expenses.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis in response to requests from management or other departments.
- Apply financial modeling techniques to analyze sophisticated data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports as required.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and budgets.
- Support various internal and external reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide analytical support.
- Work closely with accounting and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial information.
- Participate in projects as assigned by management.

- Colaborar con el equipo de Finanzas G&A para brindar información sobre datos, establecer métricas clave, y buscar oportunidades de ahorro y mejoras de la eficiencia relacionadas con los gastos G&A.
- Realizar análisis financieros ad hoc en respuesta a las solicitudes de la gerencia o de otros departamentos.
- Aplicar técnicas de modelado financiero para analizar conjuntos de datos sofisticados y proporcionar información viable.
- Presentar los hallazgos y las recomendaciones de manera clara y concisa a las partes interesadas.
- Preparar informes financieros mensuales, trimestrales y anuales, según sea necesario.
- Colaborar en la preparación de previsiones financieras y presupuestos.
- Brindar soporte en diversos requisitos de informes internos y externos.
- Colaborar con equipos interfuncionales para comprender las necesidades comerciales y brindar soporte analítico.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de contabilidad y finanzas para garantizar que se presenten informes precisos y oportunos de la información financiera.
- Participar en los proyectos que asigne la gerencia.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. (Master's degree or professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or CMA is a plus.)
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate finance environment.
- It is critical to be bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sophisticated data and draw relevant conclusions.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and other financial software tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Meticulous with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in G&A analysis or consolidation is preferred but not required.
- Título universitario en Finanzas, Contabilidad, Economía o campo relacionado. (Se valorará positivamente si tiene una maestría o una certificación profesional como CFA, CPA o CMA).
- 5 años o más de experiencia en una función similar, preferentemente en un entorno de finanzas corporativas.
- Bilingüe en español e inglés (excluyente).
- Habilidades analíticas sólidas con capacidad para interpretar datos sofisticados y formular conclusiones relevantes.
- Dominio de técnicas de análisis y modelos financieros.
- Conocimiento avanzado de Excel y otras herramientas de software financiero.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
- Orientación al detalle con un alto nivel de precisión.
- Capacidad para trabajar de manera eficaz tanto de forma independiente como en equipo.
