Responsibilities:


  • Assist with monthend close activities including preparing journal entries, reconciliations and detailed flux analysis;
  • Ensure that key accounting SOX controls are documented and working as intended including balance sheet reconciliations, journal entry support, and variance fluctuation explanations;
  • Support for process improvement and automation opportunities to drive positive change across the organization;
  • Ensure work is completed consistently, accurately, and ontime;
  • Provide audit support to Internal and External Auditors;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects and meet short deadlines;
  • Support all company policies, goals, and objectives; and
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of accounting experience with a Big 4 Accounting firm and/or SEC registered company Advanced English skills Strong fundamental understanding of US GAAP Bachelor's degree in Accounting

Preferred Qualifications/Skills:

  • CPA certification or working towards.
  • Familiarity with GAAP research tools and the FASB codification and responsible for researching technical accounting questions.
  • Analytical and auditing skills with the ability to research and reconcile various accounts.
  • Proactive selfstarter who enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external business partners at various levels.
  • Experience working with various systems and tools, including but not limited to Oracle Financials and/or EPM Modules, Blackline, Alteryx, UiPath, Tableau, etc.
  • Planning and organizational skills along with an ability to manage competing demands and an aptitude for information technology
  • Tech savvy and MS Excel super user
  • Solutionsoriented problemsolving skills
  • Sense of urgency in completing assignments
  • Reliable Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Adaptable, dependable, and passionate daily attitude
  • Understanding of agile ways or working
