+ Tech qualifications Degree in Business Supply Chain Finance Advanced proficiency in ERP SAP Ariba preferred Microsoft Office applications Strong knowledge of P2P processes procurement standards global service delivery models Project management fundamentals data analysis skills Experience leading supervising procurement or P2P teams.
+ Responsibilities:
+ Oversee requisition creation purchase order processing start finish Ensure alignment with procurement policies supplier agreements regulatory requirements Verify invoices purchase orders goods receipts requisitions accuracy Oversee timely compliant supplier payments improving payment cycles methods Resolve data quality issues validate high-value purchase orders Review procurement performance reports identify issues recommend improvements Support process automation P2P system enhancements workflow improvements Assist internal external audits Recognize develop team members coaching feedback.<+ Work Environment You will be part of Newmont's Global Delivery Center GDC Costa Rica working within Corporate function The role is people-focused involves cross-functional collaboration global stakeholders People Finance IT Supply Chain teams While position intended hybrid establish foundation begin on-site foster strong relationships align strategies ensure solid framework long-term success This role day shift schedule Compensation aligned local Costa Rican market paid Costa Rican colones CRC
