Additionally, the Process Engineer Compliance Support will manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, as well as support other compliance initiatives.

This person will be a versatile team player, display leadership qualities, and be enthusiastic in addressing new challenges across the organization.


What you'll do

  • Become knowledgeable in Compliance Control Framework and domains within.
  • Support Domain Lead SMEs as needed
  • Support AskCompliance tickets and activities as needed
  • Develop and run metrics, dashboards/reports as needed for the Process Support team, AskCompliance, Capability Reviews, and ARIS process mapping software.
  • Support initiatives to collect and review documentation evidencing adherence to compliance requirements; perform and/or assist in domain reviews
  • Maintain knowledge of business operations and emerging business practices.
  • Work collaboratively across the departments and COEs to help improve documentation and alignment to compliance control framework; overall goal of regulatory compliance.
  • Work across the channels to help ensure consistency across processes
  • Present solutions to have the greatest impact on compliance oversight
  • Support globalization by working closely with BU, COE, and International counterparts
  • Recommend and implement improvements in processes to generate efficiencies based on the findings previously identified.
  • Analyze data to determine trends and present it in ways to help people and the organization make a better decision

What experience you need

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Industrial engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a process engineer in the
    service industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Google Sheets (or MS Excel) and statistics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in
    English (B2+, C1)
  • 2 years experience with
    data reporting and
    data visualization software
  • 2 years experience and ability to work in a matrixed, crossfunctional environment, demonstrating partnering skills with partners within multinational organizations.

  • Operations experience with regulated processes
  • Experience in process mapping tools (ARIS, LucidChart, Visio, etc.)
  • Experience interpreting financial services regulations.
