    • Responsibilities

    • Responsible for Central America Cloud service ecosystem development strategy, making sure the partnership program implemented fully in major countries.

    • The key of this role is to develop our partner ecosystem for industry in focus and align with the Partner to build solution in Cloud.
    • Drive the team to build program and incentive for business development.
    • Drive leads generation and revenue growth by working with partners and evangelizing our brand to the regional Partner teams and identifying and qualifying new business opportunities.
    • Engage the partner field sales organization, channels and end customers to create and drive revenue opportunities for both parties that benefit the end-customer.

    • Basic Qualifications

    • 3+ years' experience as a Business Development focused Manager in Cloud/IT industry, know and understand how "the sales and delivery channel" works in a partner ecosystem.

    • Capable of building partner relationships, and can inspire and coach others to do so, notably in the sales and technical teams regionally.
    • Working knowledge of software development practices and data center / infrastructure / networking technologies is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
    • Advanced English (minimum B2+), both spoken and written. This will be evaluated during the process.

    • Preferred

    • Experience working with enterprise and mid-market focused partners and customers

    • Strong business development and consultative skills.
