Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation and management of a technical inventory (human, institutional and etc...). The technical resources advisor ensures the supply, maintenance and monitoring. Identify and promote collaboration and partnership with other organizations and providers.
  • Communications & Liaison, Update, contact with CG, sectors; across sectors. Must also identify areas where resources are being underutilized or over utilized and make recommendations for improvement.
Share polices, models, procedures and regulations.

  • Develop & establish an startegic shared vision, collaborate strategically over the competition. for sustaianable Quality improvement.
I take advantage of the learning approach of Online technology communities by facilitating collaboration, engagement and knowledge sharing.

Use of online tools such as forums, wikis and collaborative workspaces to allow team members to work together remotely.

  • Strategic leadership of initiatives both at the national level and in the development of initiatives at the regional level to advance and fulfill the Redesign.
Monitoring of national and regional issues for implementation, ensuring effective and agile compliance.

Required Professional Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in communications or journalism or a related field. Experience in build Networks, Community Management, Virtual Management Data
  • Demonstrated depth of experience and effectiveness in an NGO (or similar) context in working with community/grassroots Extensive experience of relief/development work especially in World Vision
  • Very strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English Ability to work with mínimal direction, with team members as well as alone. Full ability to communicate crossculturally and be crossculturally sensitive.
Required Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or closely related field.

Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications

High degree of proficiency in using online collaboration tools such as MS Teams to communicate and manage work priorities. Positive, can-do attitude with strong inclination towards serving others and teamwork

Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement

Ability and willingness to travel Internationally or Domestically up to 10%
