    YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Oversee and monitor the GL accounting and reconciliation track and ensure smooth delivery of transactional activities.
    Ensure reconciliation and closing deadlines are met and in compliance with service levels, company policies and procedures.

  • Review accuracy andtimeliness of accounting data entry and reconciliation as well as undertakecorrective measures if required
  • Review data qualitycaptured in General Ledger module and propose improvements to Manager to assistFinancial/ Management reporting.
  • Ensure compliance toagreed service levels, company policies and procedures.
  • Lead continuousimprovement initiatives for increased process efficiency.
  • Take the lead in issueresolution of operational matters.
  • Coach team members toimprove skills and knowledge required to perform their job effectively

    YOUR PROFILE

  • 4 – 8 years of work experience
  • 2 years of shared services experience
  • 2+years of leadership experience
  • At least 3 years of experience inAccounting and/ or Finance or in the related field.
  • Advanced knowledge/ use of ERP and officeproductivity tools (MS Office etc.)
  • Excellent leadership and managementskills (e.g. planning, organisation,direction of employees)
  • Good verbal and written communicationskills in English
