Your Role

This role provides support to the Quick Revenue Care Teams in tasks related to Data Accuracy analysis, correction & input in QuickTrac.

Your Responsibilities

+ Responsible for data accuracy:
analyzing, checking, preparing, adjusting/correcting and entering correct data.

• Execution of tasks in internal systems based on documentation/instructions.
• Ability to easily read the documentation and seek the information on them.
• When needed, decision making in case of task exceptions.
• Working on tasks which requires more time due to additional steps that needs to be checked and done.
• Daily communication with KN colleagues via chat, email or phone in order to clarify exceptions/ mismatches/issues.
• The schedule we offer:

Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm

Your Skills and Experiences

+ High school diploma.

• Intermediate Excel level.
• Advanced English both on verbal and written.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work with demanding deadlines.
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills.
• Must be an empathic person.
• Ability to establish priorities.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Eager to challenges and learn a new process.
