Responsibilities:

Develop compelling reports to communicate results of analysis and key insights in a concise and accessible manner to nonfinance personnel and the management team
Comprehensively understand and be able to modify our financial analysis software to enable improvements in analysis and process time
Comprehensively understand the financial results, including researching underlying drivers, and precisely forecast the business operations
Diagnose and communicate trends to the management team to make timely decisions
Support daytoday reporting & analytic requests with accurate and timely information
Partner with accounting to ensure high quality financial results and assist in yearend financial audits
Constantly improve everything and help make the business stronger

Required:

5+ years' experience in financial analysis or business systems
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Data Science (with an emphasis on Finance)
Working knowledge of ERP systems and related technologies, Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred
Customer focus
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Impeccable attention to detail
A drive to overcome any barriers to get the job done
Effective collaboration and communication skills
