- You will oversee and implement all stages of a market research project, which includes defining objectives, designing the study (methodology), developing questionnaires, programming surveys (when necessary), coordinating fieldwork, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports and presentations to extract insights and relay them to internal stakeholders.
- Your role will involve executing various market research initiatives across different therapeutic areas and functional domains, such as Therapy Monitors, ATUs, Market Landscaping, Patient Flows, Market Sizing, Advisory Boards, Corporate Reputation, Patient Perspectives, and internal surveys for various enabling functions, as directed by your Line Manager based on departmental workload and business priorities.
- You will deliver high-quality customer and market insights pertaining to Roche's target markets in CCAV, thereby assisting key internal stakeholders in making informed strategic decisions.
- Utilizing both qualitative and quantitative market research methodologies, along with innovative thinking, you will tackle complex business inquiries.
- Your responsibilities will also include managing the administrative aspects of all CCAV market studies, such as handling requests for quotations, creating Statements of Work (SoW), processing purchase orders, tracking invoices from selected vendors, and ensuring adherence to Pharmacovigilance, Quality, Legal, and Procurement standards. Additionally, you will serve as the CCAV Owner MAP and a primary contact point.
