YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with MSP (Manager Service Provider) teams to manage day to day operational support for regional CWS (Contingent Workforce Solution) program to ensure high levels of end user satisfaction.
  • Act as liaison for any escalations of issues regarding the CWS processes in the region and align with Regional Lead as needed.
  • Work with the regional MSP on the Supplier Relationship Management program and regional/local supply base structure.
  • Align periodic supplier business reviews with the MSP.
  • Lead regional analytics and reporting in the areas of spend, savings and MSP/VMS (Vendor Management Services) performance metrics then align with Regional Lead for determining next steps.
  • Supports countries in Region in finding solutions for local issues and align with Regional Lead for final review and implementation.
  • Monitor regional MSP KPIs and performance and address potential issues and engage Regional Lead to ensure alignment with HR Vendor Management and Head of Global CWS.
  • Support CWS implementation projects, especially in the areas CWS process and transition2run following alignment with Regional Lead.
  • Work closely with MSP Lead and Regional Lead to drive change and acceptance of the CWS in cooperation with regional Leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Identify regional or local topics together with the MSP team and drive implementation of respective solutions.
  • Serve as liaison to Regional Business Units, HR, Procurement, AP, LPC and other groups to ensure internal reporting meets the needs of the stakeholders. Operational Lead will align with Regional Lead as needed.
  • Assist and support the Regional Lead with any training, change and communications within the program region.
  • Consult with Requesting Managers on program adherence and align with Regional Lead as needed.

Day to day work activities include:

  • Daily contact to regional MSP to handle topics brought up from CW operations.
  • Join monthly and quarterly business reviews and derive information to be 100% aware of status of the CW program.
  • Work with HR Vendor Management to solve potential service issues with the MSP, especially in connection to the SLA/KPI reporting.
  • Drive optimization of program with regional MSP (e.g. adjust processes, adjust documentation, local and regional supply bases, etc.).
  • Pick up escalations from CW operations and drive solutions.
  • Provide operational regional reporting to Regional Lead.
  • Support regional CW implementation projects as needed.
  • Keep relationship with relevant stakeholders in the region.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the areas of Human Resources, Procurement, Audit and/or Law.
  • Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.
  • Additional skills of a language relevant in the according region is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Proficient in SAP Fieldglass, and other SAP tools.
  • Experience of working with VMS/MSP providers and programs in the Region NA.
  • Business analysis skills to drive and implement CW sourcing aligned with the stakeholders' strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including building trusted relationships, collaborative, consulting, and innovative thinking.
  • Business and customer oriented, with passion for helping the company win.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, demonstrating mature confidence and integrity.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, both as a lead and as a part of a team.
  • Ability to work in virtual global team environment to collate and act upon feedback from all levels within the business and sourcing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities of business partners in a complex, multibusiness unit environment.
  • Analytical, planning, and tactical skills.
  • Proven project management including business case development, conflict management, written and verbal presentation skills.
