- Respond to guest repair requests and resolve maintenance issues
- Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment
- Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment and buildings
- Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies
- Display proficiency in various maintenance categories
- Utilize hand and power tools for repair and maintenance tasks
- Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs on equipment, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Assist with surface preparation, painting, and repair tasks
- Follow company's safety and security policies
